Greetings! From the Project Oracle Team.

Updated: Jun 18, 2020

We're a team of NJC alumni (Class of 2019) who decided to create a platform to help our juniors better cope with their academics and university/scholarship applications. The idea for Project Oracle came about during the Circuit Breaker period in 2020. Even with the emergence of many other online volunteering platforms around the web, we felt that there was a gap in the services provided because they lacked tutors from a variety of schools, and thus could not match the different teaching styles of different schools. To better cater to the needs of NJCians, we came up with the idea of Project Oracle, a platform where we could link alumni students to existing NJC students, providing advice in areas such as academics, university applications and scholarship interviews. The word "Oracle" refers to someone who knows a lot about a subject and can give good advice. That's what we're doing our best to strive towards!

How We Can Help You

  1. Pairing of tutees to NJC alumni tutors Need help with your academics? Sign up as a tutee and we’ll pair you with a NJC alumni who can help you better understand your weak subjects!

  2. Student Blogs From exam preparation secrets, to tips and tricks for university applications, our student writers got you covered! Keep a lookout for the interesting blog posts and stories by our very own alumni students!

  3. QnA Forum Got a quick question you want answered? No matter whether your question is about academics, university application or coping with exams, just ask us on our forum page and we’ll do our best to answer you!

We know very well that life as a student preparing for A levels isn’t easy at all, so we hope that our platform will be able to support you on your A level journey. All the best and be sure to put in your 100% during your preparation! Signing off, Team Project Oracle
